Here, I will tell you a bit about my life and my routines. You’ve probably noticed it, but I’m taking care of myself. Which has not always been the case. I have been paying attention to what I eat on one side for a few years, and forcing myself to exercise. It came naturally, but it took work, a lot of work even.

The first thing I did was set a clear goal for myself. For me, it was trying to get good abs. What I think I have succeeded. Luckily, I’ve never had any weight problems, so it used to be about putting in the effort.

I will undoubtedly come back in more detail to the sports I practiced, this will be the subject of other articles but we will make a small list: football, running, swimming, a little weight training, fitness walking,… and I would respond when I was offered one outing or the other.

After a few months, I had gained stamina and confidence, and it showed on my body. Having said that, and this will also be a topic I will expand on occasionally, I had to slow down because of my studies. And yes, it does take me a while but I’m getting there though.
