#Healthylife 3

I’ve started to cook vegetarian meals for a few months now. I’m not a vegan, but it was a thing we discussed with my boyfriend. We wanted to lower the meat we eat, and to start cooking more vegetables. The hardest part was to find recipes we like, but that’s a thing we are still discovering, even after a few months.

I won’t lie, it’s not something I would recommend to be better, or feel better. At this day, for me, it doesn’t have changed anything. But still, I’m happy to have started that change both for me, and for our planet. And it’s a step towards a healthier life after all, it’s not like I needed all that meat.

The good part of that change is that I’ve discovered new vegetables, and new tastes. Some might say that you should be vegan, or vegetarian 100% of the time but I’m the kind of person that thinks that all efforts are important.
